Every finance manager knows the feeling. Receipts piling up, employees making purchases, and the endless manual work it takes to manage it all: categorizing, reconciling, following up. It consumes precious time that should be spent on the things that actually matter.
This ad starts small on purpose. An ordinary purchase made by an employee on a regular day. We watch it stack up, creating an unavoidable mess: and then we show how Ramp clears it. Flawlessly. It tracks and manages everything automatically, instantly, and without a single chased receipt.
Our goal was simple: make the mundane feel cinematic. Because the problem isn't dramatic. It's just constant.
We translated the initial script into a sequence of rough visual concepts. This was where we engineered the visual hooks, figuring out how to frame everyday objects in a way that felt instantly dramatic and cinematic.
We aimed for an organic and tangible aesthetic. We set the scene under the natural shade of a tree, pairing digital UI elements with a tactile paper texture to give the entire piece a grounded, premium feel.
The motion architecture mirrors the story. We kicked off the sequence with erratic timing to amplify the sudden chaos of tracking expenses. But the moment Ramp steps in, the movement shifts: transforming into a smooth, satisfying rhythm that brings immediate order to the frame.
Bringing it all to fruition. We focused on perfecting the interaction of light and shadow, fine-tuning until the chaotic beginnings and smooth transitions felt like one: a flawless, high-end commercial output.
